For unheard voices in secondary schools
Heritage & Inclusion Project aims at bringing together young women from BME backgrounds to spend time collectively, researching and developing heritage learning using oral histories, archives and art collections. This will subsequently allow them to become much more aware of their own heritage and increase their participation within their own communities.
Over the course of the two-year project, the charity aims to work with more than fifty young women in four secondary schools in the capital city of Scotland.
